Vintage 80s Le Clip Swiss nurses watch, NOT working

These were all the rage in the 80s, funky nurses watches that you could clip onto anything. This one looks very good but currently does not work. It would need a new battery. If you know how to replace this, it would make for a very cool watch but even in a non-working condition it is a cool gadget!
